Christian Dior Couture, Paris: 6-month administrative internship (Jan–June 2027) supporting employee services operations and e-procurement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the e-procurement platform (Dior Order/Coupa), particularly for service requests and supply orders
  • Support daily follow-up with internal clients on various service deliverables and operational matters
  • Identify and escalate quality incidents, pricing errors, catalogue updates, order tracking issues, and billing discrepancies
  • Assist in developing and maintaining operational dashboards on SharePoint
  • Monitor and track employee service order dashboards
  • Provide backup support to the team during periods of high activity or staff absence
