Christian Dior Couture Paris: Accounts Payable Clerk (CDI) – Vendor accounting specialist with 10+ years experience in M3/Coupa. SAP & Excel required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of vendor accounts and serve as primary liaison for assigned Business Units
- Process and record vendor invoices in M3 and Coupa systems
- Create and maintain vendor account records within the accounting system
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis on assigned vendor accounts
- Monitor and track advance payments and manage outstanding invoice follow-ups
- Participate in monthly financial close procedures
- Initiate and execute vendor payment campaigns and payment runs
- Review and validate expense reports according to company policy
- Contribute to the management of the shared vendor accounting inbox
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +2 (French equivalent of diploma) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in vendor accounting or accounts payable
- Proficiency with SAP and advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Operational English language proficiency
- Familiarity with INFOR M3 and Coupa systems is advantageous

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in vendor accounting or accounts payable functions, with demonstrated proficiency in invoice processing, vendor account management, and financial reconciliation within a complex, multi-unit organizational structure.
Education
Baccalauréat +2 or equivalent qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
