Role & Responsibilities
- Process day-to-day accounts payable operations for multiple legal entities: receipt, validation and recording of supplier invoices.
- Prepare and support supplier payments according to internal procedures and schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliations, account matching and lettrage to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Participate in period-end closing activities and ancillary accounting tasks as required.
- Execute statutory and trade declarations relevant to supplier flows (DEB, DES, DAS2) under supervision.
- Use corporate systems (SAP and other ERPs) and office tools (Excel, Word) to record transactions and produce supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a DCG or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent and seeking an alternance/apprenticeship placement.
- Solid foundational knowledge of accounting principles and supplier accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (experience with SAP advantageous).
- High level of rigour, organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- English language proficiency is a plus.
