Dior Créations, Padua: RTW Accounting Officer – Finance role coordinating Group accounting processes. Permanent, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate relations between local departments, external accounting providers, and Group Headquarters, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy of accounting services
- Define, document, and enhance internal accounting processes to foster effective workflow coordination across all parties
- Prepare financial reporting and IFRS packages for local entities, ensuring alignment between Italian OIC accounting principles and Group reporting requirements
- Serve as the internal reference point for IFRS matters, with particular expertise in IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 36, and IAS 19
- Collaborate with the Paris Finance & Consolidation team on consolidation activities, intercompany reconciliations, accounting policies, and Group finance projects
- Contribute to the development of internal accounting expertise through technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualification or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 4 years of practical accounting experience, preferably in international or multi-entity environments
- Practical knowledge of IFRS reporting and Italian OIC accounting principles
- Experience with consolidation processes and Group reporting
- Proficiency in SAP and mainstream financial reporting tools; advanced Excel skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; French language skills highly valued

Experience
Minimum 4 years of hands-on accounting experience in international or multi-entity corporate environments, with demonstrated proficiency in IFRS reporting, Group consolidation processes, and coordination between local and centralized accounting functions.
Education
Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. Professional accounting qualification or equivalent certification is preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Padua, Veneto, Italy, within easy reach of Venice.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 33,000 per annum.
