Christian Dior Couture — Paris: Accounting Executive Assistant internship supporting the Finance & Accounting team (hybrid).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for the Finance management team.
- Prepare and coordinate logistical aspects of meetings on request (venues, materials, minute-taking support).
- Maintain and organise management and departmental files, including physical and digital archiving operations.
- Administer departmental procurement and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence for the management team and, occasionally, the wider department.
- Produce and consolidate KPI reporting for auxiliary accounting activities.
- Provide ad hoc assistance on accounting tasks: customer and supplier account analyses, supplier/client confirmations, cheque deposits, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Support the BPO team on process harmonisation, purchase order analyses and the preparation of training/support documents.
- Translate occasional documentation into English and fulfil other departmental ad hoc requests according to priorities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple administrative tasks concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanour when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of written and spoken English.
- Proactive attitude, responsiveness and capacity to propose pragmatic improvements.
