Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks an Accounting Executive Assistant (Intern) to support the finance management team. Hybrid; start Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to the finance management team: manage calendars, schedule and organise meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and coordinate logistical set‑up for meetings and maintain management files and correspondence.
  • Manage departmental purchase orders and handle incoming/outgoing mail; assist with physical and digital archiving projects.
  • Produce and maintain KPI reports for auxiliary accounting and contribute to periodic accounting analyses.
  • Provide ad hoc accounting assistance: customer and supplier account analyses, supplier/client confirmations, cheque preparation and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support the BPO team on process harmonisation, purchase order analysis and preparation of training and support documentation.
  • Translate occasional documentation into English and respond to ad hoc departmental assistance requests.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master’s programme in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken; ability to translate and draft documentation in English.
  • Proactive attitude, responsiveness and a capacity to propose practical improvements.

Experience

Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior professional experience required. Internship to commence September 2026.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
