Christian Dior Couture seeks Accounting Assistant Intern in Paris for hybrid role managing accounting operations and financial support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with accounting department teams on day-to-day operations
- Manage procurement of non-stock goods for the department
- Participate in department archiving operations (physical and digital)
- Handle correspondence and mail management for the subsidiary accounting team, including supplier circulation, digitization, and vendor responses
- Establish monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) reports for subsidiary accounting
- Provide occasional assistance with accounting operations, including client and vendor account analyses and interface management during monthly closings
- Support Business Process Owner (BPO) team with procedure documentation, harmonization, analysis production, and training materials development
- Assist finance project team with structuring and standardization of accounting and financial document repositories
- Respond to ad hoc department requests based on priorities and current business needs
- Execute occasional English-language document translations
