Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to store and service KPIs on a daily basis
- Develop and implement comprehensive action plans to improve counter performance across all channels
- Set realistic individual KPIs for the team and monitor progress weekly
- Lead the team by example on the sales floor, demonstrating Dior's high service standards and selling techniques
- Contribute to recruitment and selection of high-performing team members
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, feedback culture, and teamwork
- Manage staffing and timetables according to budgets and business needs
- Oversee annual review processes for team members
- Master and leverage client data to recruit, retain, and grow customer loyalty
- Execute in-store and remote clienteling actions to drive traffic and customer acquisition
- Organize and host in-store events such as beauty classes and product launches
- Drive implementation and success of Dior launch plans and marketing animations
- Ensure exceptional and memorable client experience, from purchase through after-sales service and complaint resolution
- Implement and monitor usage of Dior retail digital tools such as iPOS, Dior Connect, and KPI dashboards
- Monitor clienteling targets, portfolio follow-up, and ensure compliance with KPI standards
- Identify opportunities for operational and client experience improvement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and optimize stock levels to maximize sell-through
- Ensure compliance with all procedures, policies, sales, till, cash, and inventory management protocols
- Implement shrinkage control procedures and manage inventory discrepancies
- Report store performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence to Retail Manager on a weekly basis
- Manage retailer relationships and escalate issues to management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience in luxury and/or beauty industry with demonstrated management capabilities
- Proven track record of achieving retail sales targets and profitability
- Strong analytical and business acumen skills
- Excellent language and communication proficiency
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking ability

Experience
