Dior Account Executive in Montreal & Quebec City. Lead sales teams, drive business development, and elevate client experiences. Full-time, $75K–$100K CAD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with brand strategy, targeting revenue growth, market leadership, and market penetration goals
- Partner with the Regional Sales Director to prioritize decisions based on market trends and competitive landscape analysis
- Lead, coach, and motivate internal and external brand advocates to promote Dior values and achieve collective objectives while encouraging creativity and innovation
- Enhance the capabilities of counter managers and brand teams through targeted skill development programs focused on productivity and sales excellence
- Drive, manage, and support all retailer CRM programs and Dior digital retail tools to maximize client engagement and experience metrics
- Analyze client experience data and develop action plans in collaboration with retail and education teams to improve touchpoints and satisfaction
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing retail teams while establishing succession plans for key positions
- Ensure consistent rollout and execution of Dior tools, processes, and training initiatives, including new hire onboarding
- Train beauty consultants, selling specialists, and brand ambassadors on product knowledge, service delivery, and client recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and location management, collaborating on data sharing, competitive analysis, and event execution
- Identify negotiation opportunities and partner with management to maximize favorable terms with retailers and stakeholders
- Guarantee operational compliance and adherence to PCD guidelines across all points of sale
- Manage third-party freelance schedules to deliver business results while maintaining budgetary discipline
- Lead support for new location openings and related launch processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales management and people leadership experience in a retail environment
- Luxury and/or cosmetics industry background preferred
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking with strong business acumen
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire retail teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Proficiency with digital business tools including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Power BI
- Advanced knowledge of omni-channel retail models and CRM program management
- Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to build productive business relationships
