Dior Account Executive in Fort Lauderdale – Lead omni-channel sales strategy and manage beauty teams for luxury fragrance and cosmetics brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve and exceed omni-channel sales goals for the specified territory, focusing on revenue generation, market leadership, and brand penetration
- Partner with the Regional Director to prioritize decisions based on market and calendar trends while implementing long-term behaviors to maximize repeat purchases
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing counter teams, freelancers, and market leads across the territory
- Coach and mentor Beauty and Fragrance consultants to uphold productivity thresholds and create individualized action plans to achieve performance goals
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, deliver best-in-class training programs, and manage freelancer and market lead teams at specialty-multi retailers
- Analyze sales performance data and identify growth opportunities and performance gaps; track and report on CRM metrics for retailer accounts
- Measure and analyze market share opportunities and sales revenue variance against plan
- Manage the Travel and Entertainment budget in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies
- Ensure brand compliance across all touchpoints including beauty stylist image, counter standards, event setup, merchandising displays, and social media presence
- Negotiate optimal merchandising space and floor locations while prioritizing point-of-sale standards and visual presentation
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all retailer CRM programs and maintain fluency in dior.com programming to optimize client experience and engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the cosmetics and beauty sector
- Proven experience in a Counter Manager, Boutique Manager, Department Manager, or Business Director role
- Demonstrated experience as a people manager overseeing a minimum of 10 team members
- Proven track record in recruiting, training, and developing sales personnel
- Strong understanding of leading beauty and fragrance brands and their competitive positioning
- Comprehensive knowledge of operating practices at key multi-brand, department store, and specialty retailers
- Valid driver's license required
