Dior Account Executive in Chicago, Illinois – Lead omni-channel beauty sales strategy and manage high-performing retail teams. LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel sales strategy to achieve and exceed territory sales goals based on brand strategy, market leadership, and penetration objectives
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Director to prioritize market-based decisions aligned with calendar trends and implement long-term behavioral strategies to maximize repeat purchases
  • Collaborate with Business Development Manager in key markets to accelerate CRM engagement, brand image, premium assortment, and corporate ambitions
  • Maintain expert knowledge of retailer CRM programs and Dior.com digital programming to maximize client experience and engagement at all customer touchpoints
  • Identify and cultivate key stakeholders across the marketplace to build strategic partnerships and secure intelligence needed to drive business growth
  • Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing counter teams, freelancers, and market leads across all retail channels
  • Monitor and uphold productivity thresholds for Beauty and Fragrance consultants; create individual development action plans to achieve performance targets
  • Maximize productivity within specialty multi-brand and department store retailers through employee engagement, comprehensive training, operational excellence, and effective freelancer team leadership
  • Implement tools and resources from Retail Development and Education departments to create cohesive brand experiences across all retail partners and digital platforms
  • Advance Dior brand values and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and calculated risk-taking among all counter and market team members
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps; track CRM metrics and market share opportunities
  • Maintain timely reporting on US roll-up worksheets and financial tracking systems
  • Manage travel and entertainment budget in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Implement company guidelines across all brand touchpoints, including beauty stylist presentation standards, counter aesthetics, event execution, merchandising standards, and social media alignment
  • Negotiate optimal retail floor space, locations, and merchandising priority at all points of sale

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in cosmetics, beauty, or fragrance in a Counter Manager, Boutique Manager, Department Manager, or Business Director capacity
  • Proven people management experience with direct oversight of a minimum of 10 team members
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales personnel
  • Strong understanding of leading beauty and fragrance brands and competitive market positioning
  • Deep knowledge of operational practices across key multi-brand retailers, department stores, and specialty beauty retailers
  • Flexible work hours with willingness to travel to out-of-market meetings with overnight stays (minimum 2 times annually; some markets may require 20–60% overnight travel)
  • Valid driver's license
