Account Executive opportunity with LVMH Inc. in Chicago. Lead Dior omnichannel sales strategy and team development across Illinois territory.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel sales strategy to achieve and exceed territory sales goals while maintaining brand leadership and market penetration objectives
  • Partner with Regional Sales Director to prioritize market-driven decisions and implement long-term behavioral patterns that maximize customer repeat purchase rates
  • Collaborate with Business Development Manager in key metropolitan markets to accelerate customer relationship management initiatives, elevate brand positioning, optimize product assortment strategy, and advance corporate ambitions
  • Maintain expert fluency in all retailer CRM programs and Dior.com digital platforms to optimize customer engagement and point-of-sale experiences across all channels
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing counter teams, freelance specialists, and market leads; establish performance productivity thresholds and create individual action plans to drive goal achievement
  • Coach Beauty and Fragrance consultants to maximize productivity and maintain engagement standards across specialty and multi-brand retail environments
  • Lead field teams including freelancers and market leads to deliver best-in-class training, operational execution, and experiential retail events across all retailer partnerships
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, identify growth opportunities and operational gaps, and develop data-driven improvement initiatives
  • Track and maintain timely reporting on sales data, US performance worksheets, retailer CRM analytics, and market share opportunity assessments
  • Manage travel and entertainment budget in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Implement brand image standards across all touchpoints, including beauty consultant presentation, counter merchandising, event design, point-of-sale displays, and social media representation
  • Negotiate optimal shelf placement and floor positioning while prioritizing all merchandising elements at point of sale to enhance brand visibility and consumer accessibility

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance sector, with demonstrated performance in a Counter Manager, Boutique Manager, Department Manager, or Business Director role
  • Proven people management experience leading a minimum of 10 team members with documented success in hiring, training, and developing sales personnel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of leading beauty and fragrance brands, their market positioning, and competitive landscape dynamics
  • Deep understanding of operational practices, merchandising standards, and business models of key multi-brand retailers, department stores, and specialty beauty retailers
  • Ability to manage flexible work schedule including travel to out-of-market meetings with overnight stays; willingness to accommodate market-specific travel requirements ranging from occasional (minimum 2 times annually) to frequent (20-60% of time depending on territory)
  • Valid driver's license required
