Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Area Director in the operational development and day-to-day management of assigned travel retail operator accounts across Europe.
- Produce sell-in analysis and reporting by franchise; monitor product quotas and inventory dynamics.
- Consolidate monthly sell-out performance data, prepare KPI dashboards and report key messages to senior management and commercial teams.
- Manage expense tracking: monitor investments, billing and P&L line items (sales force, in-store activations, permanent placements).
- Centralise and distribute commercial and operational information to in-market sales teams and external operator contacts.
- Contribute to category management: optimise assortment according to point-of-sale typology and passenger profiles.
- Define activation assortments and propose sell-out objectives and resource allocation for in-store animations.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects: commercial opportunity studies, process improvements (e.g., new BC database), and enhanced retail KPI tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school (Bachelor level Bac+3 or higher) and eligible for a professional internship; available to start September 2026.
- Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and high organisational rigour.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team player.
- Curiosity for retail, commercial strategy and the perfumes & cosmetics sector.

Entry-level / student internship: no prior professional experience required, though previous internships or first experiences in retail, commercial analysis or travel retail are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in higher education (business school, grande école or engineering school) at Bac+3 level or above, in business, management, commerce or engineering.

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
