Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Develop customer loyalty through 1-2-1 personal shopper consultation and relationship-building
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all accessories categories and awareness of current campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets
- Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate to line management when necessary
- Monitor and maintain knowledge of sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Follow all stock management procedures and maintain inventory accuracy
- Support the team in upholding the highest standards of housekeeping and visual display within the boutique
- Process transactions using selling systems and manage cash, credit, and exchange procedures
- Maintain retail standards and security protocols to prevent product loss and theft
- Ensure departmental operations comply with company administration systems and procedures
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively to team objectives
- Execute any additional duties as directed by the management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in luxury fashion retail
- Existing client book or demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)
