Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a comprehensive portfolio of Launch Pack development projects across various categories such as fragrance, skincare, makeup, and animations.
  • Develop and update development timelines for approximately 20-30 projects annually, ensuring alignment with launch sizes and activated touchpoints.
  • Coordinate all contributors including Marketing, Studio, Merchandising, PR, Digital, and Training to adhere to defined project milestones.
  • Identify project risks, define action plans, and communicate solutions to project teams and department directors.
  • Organize and lead weekly and monthly follow-up meetings for Launch Pack developments.
  • Implement new processes within the organization by identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct situational analysis and define the needs of various stakeholders involved.
  • Design and share process improvement recommendations and deploy new processes, driving change among impacted teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the fragrance and cosmetics sector or related fields such as marketing, product development, digital, planning, communication, or consulting.
