Role & Responsibilities
- Provide commercial and administrative support to the Wholesale team to ensure flawless execution of the brand strategy across partner points of sale.
- Maintain and update client databases, assortments, commercial conditions and regular retailer stock reports.
- Prepare high-quality commercial materials and sales tools including presentations, sales dossiers and performance reports for commercial teams and management.
- Monitor and analyse key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, rotations, category and line performance) and produce monthly sales analyses.
- Support preparation and coordination of commercial tours, trade shows, product launches and events with internal stakeholders and retailers.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Orders teams for specific shipments, ensuring deadlines and documentation are respected.
- Act as primary contact for wholesale partners on service queries, quality issues, returns and after-sales coordination.
- Support Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising initiatives: ensure partner compliance with brand standards, distribute PLV and campaign materials, collect and analyse field feedback (photos, compliance reports).
- Manage visual and digital assets for retail partners and ensure brand coherence on retailer e‑commerce platforms.
- Track and report cooperative marketing budgets and contribute to the annual wholesale marketing plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or equivalent.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a polished customer-service orientation appropriate to luxury retail.
- Analytical aptitude with comfort handling sales data and producing actionable reports.
- Attention to detail and a keen sense for visual merchandising and brand presentation.
Skills
Experience
Approximately 2–4 years of professional experience in wholesale, retail operations, trade marketing or commercial support within the luxury, premium fashion or lifestyle sectors, with demonstrated exposure to cross-departmental coordination.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
