- Execute pre-assembly, assembly, adjustment, and casing of movements.
- Conduct technical inspections and quality control assessments.
- Identify service and repair needs for after-sales services.
- Perform self-checks to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Ensure traceability and report quality information for delivered products.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Assist in the integration of new products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in watchmaking, particularly with complications.
- Strong understanding of technical and quality control processes.

Formal training or certification in watchmaking.
