Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate employee schedules in alignment with operational requirements and legal regulations.
- Lead a team of four with a focus on collaboration, development, and achieving targets.
- Design sophisticated decorations in accordance with company guidelines, particularly for windows, trade shows, and exhibitions across Germany, Benelux, and Greece.
- Assume budget responsibility, including cost planning, control, and optimization.
- Manage the reception, packaging, and shipping of goods, along with the preparation of related shipping documents.
- Plan, organize, and execute the setup and dismantling of decorations for exhibitions and events.
- Procure materials and manage inventory.
- Communicate with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Strategically develop and enhance departmental flexibility.
- Analyze and refine existing processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field.
