Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate employee schedules in alignment with operational requirements and legal regulations.
  • Lead a team of four with a focus on collaboration, development, and achieving targets.
  • Design sophisticated decorations in accordance with company guidelines, particularly for windows, trade shows, and exhibitions across Germany, Benelux, and Greece.
  • Assume budget responsibility, including cost planning, control, and optimization.
  • Manage the reception, packaging, and shipping of goods, along with the preparation of related shipping documents.
  • Plan, organize, and execute the setup and dismantling of decorations for exhibitions and events.
  • Procure materials and manage inventory.
  • Communicate with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Strategically develop and enhance departmental flexibility.
  • Analyze and refine existing processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising management.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field.
