Tool and Die Maker position with CNC specialization in Pforzheim-Birkenfeld, Germany. Precision manufacturing role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Independently fabricate stamping, bending, and progressive assembly tools according to technical drawings and specifications
- Autonomously create, configure, and optimize CNC programs directly at the machine
- Set up, operate, and maintain advanced CNC milling and turning machines, including 3- and 5-axis machining centers
- Perform maintenance, repair, and optimization of existing series tools and fixtures
- Conduct dimensional and quality inspection of manufactured precision components following worker self-inspection procedures
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship or formal training as tool and die maker or tool mechanic
- Proficiency with CNC programming and multi-axis machining center operation
- Experience with precision tool fabrication and progressive die systems
- Competency in technical drawing interpretation and measurement
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection protocols for precision parts

Proven experience as a tool maker or CNC machinist, ideally with hands-on expertise in stamping tool production, progressive assembly systems, and multi-axis CNC machine operation in a manufacturing environment.
Education
Formal apprenticeship or vocational training (Ausbildung) as Werkzeugmacher, Zerspanungsmechaniker, or equivalent CNC-focused technical qualification.
