Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to both national and international clientele.
- Acquire new clients and actively maintain existing customer relationships.
- Sell high-end watches and jewelry.
- Assist in the organization and execution of events.
- Professionally present merchandise in the boutique and window displays.
- Maintain the CRM program and complete all necessary administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watchmaking.
- Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for sales.
- Team player with a confident, persuasive demeanor and a positive, polished appearance.
- Fluent in German with business proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Exceptional commitment, resilience, and a pronounced quality consciousness.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury sales, ideally within the jewelry and watchmaking sectors, is required.
