Exclusive boutique in Frankfurt is hiring a Sales Associate — join a luxury watch & jewellery team providing personalised service to national and international clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, discreet and personalised sales service to national and international clients in the boutique.
  • Proactively acquire new clients and actively nurture existing client relationships to build long-term loyalty.
  • Sell high-end watches and jewellery, demonstrating product knowledge and advising clients on features, craftsmanship and care.
  • Support the organisation and execution of client events and in-store presentations.
  • Maintain impeccable visual presentation of merchandise in the boutique and window displays.
  • Use and update the CRM system and complete all necessary administrative and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven interpersonal skills with a service-oriented, client-first approach.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a track record in meeting sales objectives; luxury retail or fine jewellery/watch experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail for merchandising and display.
  • Professional demeanour, discretion and ability to interact with an international clientele.
  • Fluent German; good command of English advantageous.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and performing sales administration.

Experience
