Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients in a professional manner
- Assist sales consultants during the sales phase, including product handling and gift wrapping
- Manage client waiting times and inquiries
- Conduct store inventory and stock management tasks
- Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to brand standards
- Perform light manual tasks and stock management in sales floor and back office
- Ensure compliance with store procedures and operational guidelines
- Contribute to the overall smooth functioning of the boutique during peak trading period
