Chopard Monaco seeks a Sales Advisor for Jewelry and Watches on a fixed-term contract to deliver exceptional service and drive commercial growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an exceptional sales advisor and role model within the team, embodying the principles of the Selling ceremony including empathy, curiosity, agility, and commercial acumen
  • Provide advanced clienteling expertise and commercial leadership to develop long-term client relationships and loyalty using available tools and resources
  • Welcome, advise, and retain demanding clients by delivering personalized, refined experiences and achieving individual and boutique sales targets
  • Actively develop the client portfolio through targeted prospecting initiatives both within and outside the point of sale
  • Participate in private events, galas, brand manifestations, and strategic occasions to identify and attract new clientele with elegance and distinction
  • Serve as a true ambassador of the House, embodying its values and expertise in all external interactions
  • Provide expert guidance on the Chopard House identity and complete product categories, maintaining in-depth product knowledge and excellence standards
  • Manage daily boutique operations including floor management, client reception, store opening and closing procedures, invoice processing, and administration of sales and proposals
  • Handle customer service operations including tax-free transactions, service requests, inventory management, and merchandise returns
  • Ensure optimal merchandising standards for windows and displays and maintain boutique cleanliness and presentation
  • Comply with all internal procedures, legal requirements for administrative filing, customs regulations for shipments and exports, and merchandise receipt protocols

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated excellence in luxury jewelry and watch sales with proven client relationship management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of fine jewelry and horology product categories
  • Commercial leadership abilities and advanced clienteling competencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse, international clientele
  • Experience with luxury sales tools and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in invoice processing, administrative documentation, and financial transactions

Experience
