Chopard seeks a 6-month Sales Assistant Intern for its Place Vendôme boutique in Paris, beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist sales and customer service teams with client reception, coat check, appointment management, boutique presentation, and customer inquiries
- Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with Chopard's brand values and service standards
- Support sales associates during transactions, including invoice processing and gift wrapping
- Contribute to boutique operations including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cleanliness standards
- Implement and monitor client development tools including CRM and clienteling systems
- Coordinate point-of-sale customer service, manage warranty inquiries, and track returns and follow-ups
- Monitor inventory levels for supplies, packaging, beverages, and luxury product containers
- Support event planning and execution in coordination with marketing operations
- Track and analyze boutique NPS scores and Google review metrics
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store
- Adhere to all boutique policies and operational procedures

Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a hospitality, commerce, retail management, or business program; or equivalent professional background in retail or luxury service industries.
