Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure quality in CNC manufacturing processes including turning, milling, and grinding.
- Create and maintain inspection plans in accordance with technical drawings and design specifications.
- Program and utilize measurement programs for 3D coordinate measuring machines such as Keyence, Werth, and Zeiss.
- Conduct and evaluate dimensional inspections.
- Systematically analyze internal quality deviations and investigate causes of complaints.
- Collaborate closely with production, work preparation, and development teams for continuous quality improvement.
- Apply standard quality tools such as 8D Report, Ishikawa, and 5-Why.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance within a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CNC processes and 3D coordinate measuring machines.
- Strong analytical skills for quality deviation analysis.
Skills
Experience
Experience in quality assurance roles within a CNC manufacturing environment is required.
Education
A technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
