Production Quality Assurance Officer position in Fleurier, Switzerland. Ensure manufacturing quality compliance, manage non-conformities, and lead continuous improvement projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse and manage production non-conformities across the facility
- Define and establish control standards in collaboration with support departments
- Pilot and oversee quality improvement projects
- Implement and coach self-inspection procedures and methodologies
- Monitor and track key quality performance indicators
- Ensure adequate metrological tooling and measurement equipment availability
- Facilitate and lead problem-solving workshops and coaching sessions
- Identify and escalate continuous improvement opportunities
- Create inspection plans and control procedures aligned with standard manufacturing routing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production quality management or quality assurance
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
- Ability to manage non-conformities and drive root-cause analysis
- Experience with quality metrics and KPI tracking
- Familiarity with metrology and measurement systems
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production quality assurance, quality control, or a related manufacturing environment, with demonstrated expertise in non-conformity management and process improvement initiatives.
Education
Baccalaureate or equivalent qualification; professional certification in quality management (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or equivalent) is preferred.
