The Polishing Operator polishes steel watch components, including attachments, connectors, simple bezels and simple cases, while meeting deadlines and following safety instructions. The role also includes polishing operations, visual and dimensional inspections, and participation in AIC.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out polishing of steel watch components, including attachments, connectors, simple bezels and simple cases, in accordance with deadlines and safety instructions.
- Perform the various polishing operations: polishing, felt polishing and brightening.
- Visually and dimensionally inspect components before and/or after operations using a comparator, micrometer, inspection bench and caliper.
- Participate in AIC.
