Role & Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll in compliance with statutory, collective‑bargaining and company regulations
  • Administer time recording systems and reconcile attendance data for payroll processing
  • Maintain and update master and personnel data in the HR system
  • Act as internal point of contact for tax and social‑security questions
  • Draft employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates and employment references
  • Manage electronic personnel files and perform general personnel administration and correspondence

Qualifications

  • Proven accuracy and confidentiality in handling payroll and personnel data
  • Experience with time recording systems and personnel data administration
