Payroll and Social Insurance Specialist position in Fleurier, Switzerland for luxury watch brand managing employee compensation and benefits compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer monthly payroll processing and execute monthly payroll closures
  • Execute annual payroll reconciliation and closure
  • Coordinate AVS (Old Age and Survivors' Insurance) compliance audits and internal audit controls
  • Calculate and manage source tax withholding obligations
  • Monitor, manage, and update occupational pension (LPP) contributions
  • Prepare and track work accident and illness declarations
  • Manage medical certificates and absenteeism statistics in liaison with external service providers
  • Establish, track, and administer family allowance claims and documentation
  • Process and manage APG (complementary benefits) requests including military service, maternity leave, and other entitled absences
  • Administer disability pension claims and follow-ups
  • Issue employer attestations and employment certificates
  • Process requests for bridge pensions and modulated retirement arrangements
  • Manage second pillar (occupational pension) inquiries and transactions
  • Perform miscellaneous HR department tasks and administrative functions

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Swiss social insurance systems (AVS, LAI, LPP, UVG)
  • Familiarity with watch industry employment conventions and collective labour agreements
  • Proficiency in payroll processing software
