Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational and organizational aspects of measurement tools, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety protocols.
  • Program and oversee production on measurement machines.
  • Define and implement validation strategies for measurement tools.
  • Inventory, monitor, and calibrate metrological equipment in production.
  • Develop and enforce metrological documentation.
  • Research, analyze, evaluate, and validate new metrological investments.
  • Liaise with the method & industrialization department for metrological matters.
  • Train GMM support on the management and use of measurement tools.
  • Define, execute, and maintain measurement programming standards for 2D and 3D automatic machines.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or higher education in microtechnology or equivalent qualification.
  • 5 years of experience in metrology/quality within the watchmaking industry.
  • Project management experience with strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of 3D/2D measurement machine programming (ZEISS, OGP, KEYENCE).
  • Understanding of statistics (capability, risk analysis).
  • Familiarity with ECME management - ISO 17025 (Control, Measurement, and Testing Equipment).
