Manufacturing Methods Engineer position in Fleurier, Switzerland. Lead industrialization and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the monitoring and coordination of new product industrialization projects, supporting pre-series and production series phases
- Pilot and manage continuous improvement projects and oversee the integration of new production processes
- Develop tooling solutions for new products and ensure their ongoing maintenance and optimization
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical product documentation including manufacturing routings, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Direct machinery investment projects and participate in technological innovation monitoring
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Proficiency in manufacturing methods and process engineering
- Technical knowledge of production tooling and equipment
- Experience with product documentation and data management systems
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing methods engineering, industrial process optimization, or related production engineering roles
Education
Technical education in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent industrial qualification
