Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all administrative tasks in the boutique's daily operations, including handling incoming mail.
- Accept, process, track, and dispatch service orders.
- Support the team during sales discussions.
- Engage in professional communication via email and phone with clients and business partners.
- Assist in the preparation and dispatch of postal mailings.
- Contribute to the organization and execution of events.
- Present high-quality merchandise in the boutique and display windows.
Qualifications
- Experience in the service sector (hospitality, gastronomy, etc.).
- Strong customer and service orientation with ambitions to establish a career in luxury product sales.
- Team player with a confident, persuasive, and engaging demeanor, coupled with a positive aura and well-groomed appearance.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Good knowledge of standard MS Office programs and inventory management systems.
- Exceptional commitment, resilience, and a pronounced quality consciousness.
Skills
Experience
Experience in the service industry, particularly in hospitality or gastronomy, is required.
