Luxury Maison in Meyrin, Switzerland seeks an International Retail Marketing Specialist (7‑month maternity cover) to lead global retail marketing and CRM.

Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the global retail marketing strategy in alignment with the Marketing & Communication department to drive sales, visibility and client loyalty.
- Develop and supervise marketing activities for owned and franchised boutiques internationally, ensuring consistent application of brand directives (regular meetings, post‑event reports, feedback loops).
- Coordinate cross‑departmental initiatives to ensure coherent marketing efforts across retail, digital and CRM channels.
- Manage preparation and distribution of retail marketing tools and assets, including oversight of the Retail Digital Pack and optimization of visual assets for in‑store application.
- Support and onboard Subsidiary Operation Marketing Managers (SOMM) and provide ongoing operational guidance to boutique teams.
- Manage the end‑to‑end process for boutique uniform programs (women’s and men’s) for both owned and franchised stores.
- Oversee gifting programs and promotional logistics during peak marketing periods.
- Support CRM activities using Salesforce: assist in campaign setup, validation and rollout across boutiques; coordinate mass emailings and monitor delivery.
- Track, analyse and report on retail campaign performance across all boutiques internationally, recommending optimisations.
- Provide project support on cross‑functional retail initiatives, including organising and coordinating seminars and ad‑hoc events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in retail marketing within a luxury or premium retail environment, preferably with international remit.
- Working knowledge of campaign lifecycle management, event coordination and retail operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce clear post‑event reports and campaign analyses.

Several years of hands‑on experience in retail marketing, ideally within luxury retail and with responsibility for international boutique networks and CRM‑driven campaigns.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional experience.
