Chopard is recruiting an Industrial Business Management Trainee in Birkenfeld for a three-year apprenticeship starting 1 September 2027, with a 35-hour work week and vocational school at Fritz-Erler-Schule Pforzheim. The trainee rotates through commercial departments, supports business operations, communicates with customers, suppliers and colleagues, and takes on individual responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to purchasing, sales, human resources, financial accounting and marketing, developing a broad understanding of processes in an international company.
- Support the planning, coordination and implementation of business operations and contribute to day-to-day activities.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues across different departments.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and learn to understand and contribute to business decisions and processes.
Qualifications
- At least a Mittlere Reife school-leaving certificate.
- Interest in commercial topics, economic relationships and business processes.
- Organisational skills and strong communication skills; enjoys teamwork, communicates openly and can keep track of multiple tasks.
