Chopard seeks HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager in Paris to support recruitment, learning, and people development for Retail Europe and Hotel Activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement recruitment planning in alignment with HR Manager across designated countries and cities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process in coordination with line managers, including full-time, interim, intern, and apprenticeship positions
- Clarify operational business needs, job skills, and activities with stakeholders
- Manage job requisitions through Cornerstone approval process
- Advertise positions on relevant portals and organize interviews and hiring procedures
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, updates, and statistical reporting
- Propose and implement innovative sourcing initiatives and advisory recommendations to line managers
- Create and maintain talent pools for Retail and Hotel activities to strengthen employer brand positioning
- Develop creative tools for ongoing candidate engagement and contact
- Define and manage employer branding strategy across designated regions
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools and universities
- Organize school presentations, job dating events, and employer awareness activities
- Identify and participate in local recruitment initiatives such as job fairs and open days
- Manage employee onboarding processes and create associated training content and e-learning materials
- Ensure annual review processes align with global standards and legal requirements
- Maintain consistency of job descriptions, skills definitions, and competency frameworks
- Support performance evaluation by monitoring scoring, conducting interviews, and analyzing feedback
- Recommend training initiatives, courses, and development focus based on individual, departmental, and market needs
- Manage HR administrative matters including onboarding and exit procedures for all employment types
- Organize standardized onboarding processes aligned with global standards
- Manage employment procedures and planning for temporary and interim staff in hotel operations
- Assist in managing KPIs and reporting tools for HR service delivery
- Prepare social and HR data to support HR Manager in management of works councils and regulatory authorities
- Assist with documentation and preparation for legislative and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within luxury or hospitality sectors
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, employment procedures, and labor regulations in France
- Experience managing recruitment planning and implementing employer branding strategies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR management platforms such as Cornerstone
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining recruitment dashboards and HR analytics
- Experience with employee onboarding, development, and performance management processes
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in human resources, with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, and employee development within luxury retail or hospitality environments. Prior experience supporting HR operations across multiple functions and managing relationships with business line stakeholders is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge in HR practices and employment law.
