HR Specialist at premium jewelry manufacturer in Pforzheim, Germany. Support recruitment, employee administration, and HR projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for employees and managers on all human resources matters
- Collaborate with department heads to recruit and onboard specialized personnel
- Support HR leadership in ongoing employee management including individual development initiatives, professional advancement, works council matters, and exit administration
- Execute all administrative HR functions including employment contracts, references, compensation documentation, works council consultations, and electronic personnel file maintenance
- Coordinate and organize employee training and development programs
- Contribute to various HR projects, including HR information systems enhancement and implementation
Qualifications
- Knowledge of German employment law and HR compliance
- Experience with HR information systems and digital personnel file management
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple business units and stakeholders

Experience
Experience in a human resources department or similar HR support role, with demonstrated familiarity with recruitment processes, employee administration, and HR compliance frameworks.
Education
