The High Jewellery Assistant supports the Head of High Jewellery Operations and coordinates departmental projects, CRM, client data, reporting and digital activities. The role also supports client and distributor communications, sales materials, collection presentations and international events in Meyrin.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of High Jewellery Operations.
- Act as a liaison between the High Jewellery and Marketing & Communication departments to follow up on shared projects.
- Develop and improve statistical tools required for the department’s effective operation.
- Regularly update and improve the High Jewellery PSP, including descriptions, certificates and photographs.
- Coordinate with Marketing on all digital activities related to High Jewellery.
- Coordinate and implement the CRM tool for the High Jewellery department.
- Manage the department’s client database.
- Set up and optimise monthly stock, sales and margin reports; verify and analyse results and prepare tables and statistics.
- Communicate with clients by letter and email, and follow up.
- Prepare commercial offers under the supervision of department members.
- Assist with creating and updating sales-support presentation materials.
- Follow up on specific requests and handle requests for images, press support and related materials.
- Communicate with international distributors about information centralised in internal systems.
- Participate in setting up High Jewellery collections for Cannes and other High Jewellery events.
- Provide telephone and email coverage in the absence of the Head of High Jewellery Operations.
- Help lead High Jewellery collection presentations during client visits.
- Organise and potentially participate in international High Jewellery events.
- Assist with preparing various reports.
- Act as a liaison and relay information to different departments.
- Work closely with subsidiaries and boutiques, responding to enquiries by email and telephone.
