Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute traditional hand anglage and chamfering on watch movement components
  • Perform edge polishing, perimeter drawing, and molding polishing operations
  • Execute specialized finishing techniques including softening, drawn lines, micro-blasting, and blocked polish
  • Conduct in-process quality control and self-inspection of finished pieces
  • Apply all finishing operations to Ferdinand Berthoud in-house manufactured movements
  • Maintain strict adherence to production timelines and safety protocols
