Finishing Decorator Angleur position at Chronométrie Ferdinand Berthoud in Fleurier, Switzerland. Hand-finish luxury watch movements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute traditional hand anglage and chamfering on watch movement components
- Perform edge polishing, perimeter drawing, and molding polishing operations
- Execute specialized finishing techniques including softening, drawn lines, micro-blasting, and blocked polish
- Conduct in-process quality control and self-inspection of finished pieces
- Apply all finishing operations to Ferdinand Berthoud in-house manufactured movements
- Maintain strict adherence to production timelines and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in traditional hand anglage and finishing techniques
- Proficiency in hand-finishing operations and quality control inspection
- Knowledge of horology finishing standards and decoration methods
