Financial Controlling Intern in Meyrin, Switzerland – Support financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis for a luxury jewellery house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor financial performance against agreed targets and provide recommendations for significant deviations
  • Manage yearly subsidiary budget cycles and conduct monthly and yearly performance reviews against targets
  • Structure and manage financial reporting cycles, consolidate financial data, and deliver key performance indicators
  • Monitor retail construction and renovation budgets
  • Track operational marketing expenses against approved budgets
  • Provide financial support and analysis to the High Jewellery division
  • Prepare financial projections for new boutique projects and deliver recommendations
  • Contribute to the implementation of Business Intelligence data solutions and process improvements
  • Maintain Group Pricing Strategy through reporting, price recommendations, benchmarking, and price adjustment cycle support
  • Communicate financial insights and provide operational support to improve overall financial performance

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience with financial reporting and consolidation
  • Understanding of retail operations and boutique economics
