Decorator Angleur position in Fleurier, Switzerland—execute precision finishing and bevelling on luxury watch movements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute bevelling and polishing of angles, edge stretching, and moulding polishing on movement components
- Perform softening, drawn lines, micro-blasting, and blocked polishing finishes
- Execute all internal decoration techniques and processes as developed by the manufacture
- Conduct self-inspection and quality control of finished components
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in hand-finishing and decoration techniques for watch components
- Familiarity with micromotor tools and precision finishing equipment
- Knowledge of quality standards and inspection protocols for fine horology
Skills
Experience
Technical experience in watch movement decoration, finishing, or related precision manufacturing preferred.
Education
Vocational training or apprenticeship in watchmaking, precision mechanics, or a related field preferred.
