Communication Executive Assistant role in Meyrin, Switzerland. Support Director of Communications with administrative operations and cross-functional projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Communications, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense report processing
  • Support the Director of Communications in monitoring and tracking communication budgets in collaboration with departmental teams
  • Assist with preparation and formatting of presentations for internal meetings, projects, and cross-functional communications initiatives
  • Coordinate reporting and tracking of communication projects, including timeline management, deliverable preparation, and internal tool updates
  • Organize internal communication department meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and facilitate information dissemination across teams
  • Establish and maintain communication budget tracking protocols with various departmental teams
  • Create, format, and update PowerPoint presentations for projects, internal meetings, and department-wide needs
  • Draft post-project reports, summaries, and internal archival documentation
  • Participate in the preparation of major international communication projects and events, including brand launches and global institutional initiatives
  • Provide on-site logistical support and coordination for select communications events

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role within communications or a luxury brand environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in French and English
  • Experience with budget tracking, project coordination, or cross-functional team support
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Experience
