Chloé Paris seeks a Supply Planning Intern - EMEA to support inventory management and distribution logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store inventory allocations to ensure optimal stock distribution aligned with point-of-sale priorities and market demand
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics including sell-through rates, OTIF (On Time in Full), and availability rates to control inventory targets and drive distribution cycle performance
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reporting tools to enhance decision-making capabilities and identify sales trends across the EMEA region
- Review store stock requests, adjust replenishment levels, and propose tailored solutions to manage inventory fluctuations
- Identify and execute cross-store rebalancing and clearance initiatives in coordination with merchandising and boutique teams
- Ensure accurate data management within SAP; identify, escalate, and resolve distribution flow anomalies that impact in-store product availability
- Provide educational support and guidance to retail and regional teams on supply chain and logistics processes to strengthen operational understanding
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, or demonstrated ability to learn enterprise software rapidly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows
- Collaborative approach with proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
