Role & Responsibilities

• Manage store inventory allocations to ensure optimal stock distribution aligned with point-of-sale priorities and market demand
• Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics including sell-through rates, OTIF (On Time in Full), and availability rates to control inventory targets and drive distribution cycle performance
• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reporting tools to enhance decision-making capabilities and identify sales trends across the EMEA region
• Review store stock requests, adjust replenishment levels, and propose tailored solutions to manage inventory fluctuations
• Identify and execute cross-store rebalancing and clearance initiatives in coordination with merchandising and boutique teams
• Ensure accurate data management within SAP; identify, escalate, and resolve distribution flow anomalies that impact in-store product availability
• Provide educational support and guidance to retail and regional teams on supply chain and logistics processes to strengthen operational understanding

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, or demonstrated ability to learn enterprise software rapidly
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows
• Collaborative approach with proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
