Chloé is hiring a Studio Assistant intern in Paris for May 2026 — internship supporting the design studio, sampling and product development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and product teams with day-to-day studio operations, including sample tracking and organisation of prototypes.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical packs, trim and fabric libraries, and sample files for fittings and approvals.
- Coordinate sample requests and deliveries with suppliers, ateliers and internal production teams; log incoming and outgoing items.
- Prepare materials for fittings and meetings, attend fittings to take notes and update sample status accordingly.
- Perform administrative duties such as calendar coordination, meeting minutes, asset filing and upkeep of physical and digital archives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Product Development, Fashion Business or a closely related discipline.
- Previous internship or practical experience in a fashion studio, product development or sampling environment is advantageous.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced studio.
- Discreet and professional approach to handling confidential designs and pre-production materials.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with designers, technical teams and external suppliers.
Skills
Experience
Practical experience through academic projects or at least one prior internship in a fashion studio, product development or sampling role preferred; familiarity with studio workflows and garment construction strongly valued.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's program in Fashion Design, Product Development, Fashion Business or equivalent.
