Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store sales targets and manage performance metrics.
- Oversee team management, including supervision, development, and performance evaluation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's DNA through exemplary service and ensuring its permeation throughout the team.
- Enhance staff sales skills to deliver high-level service.
- Ensure efficient and effective store operations, including front and back-end management and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including department stores and various business partners.
- Coordinate and negotiate with department stores and serve as the point of contact for partnerships.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, providing information, proposals, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in the apparel industry.
- Experience in department stores, particularly in-shop settings, is preferred.
- Passion for fashion and the ability to embody the Chloé brand image.
- Capability to devise and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in the apparel industry, with a preference for experience in department store environments.
