Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store sales targets and manage performance metrics.
- Lead, manage, and evaluate the team to ensure high levels of performance and development.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Chloé's DNA through exemplary service and customer engagement.
- Enhance staff selling skills and ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards.
- Oversee efficient and effective store operations, including front and back-end processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including department stores and business partners.
- Coordinate and negotiate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and information flow.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in the apparel industry, preferably with department store experience.
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and ability to embody the Chloé brand image.
- Proven ability to devise and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
