Chloé is seeking a Senior Trainer in Tokyo to deliver and coordinate employee and boutique training, assess learning needs and programme effectiveness, and develop training materials. The role also manages training logistics, records and the annual training calendar, and collaborates on programmes for office-based staff and managers. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the existing onboarding programme for new employees.
- Deliver training programmes for new boutique openings when necessary.
- Identify and analyse training needs for Chloé SA.
- Coordinate the implementation of technical training.
- Implement training programmes initiated by the global team.
- Deliver training for seasonal ETS.
- Follow up with new employees by providing a sponsor checklist and collaborating with their sponsors.
- Follow up with boutique trainers on in-store training.
- Manage training delivery logistics.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of Richemont training programmes for office-based staff and managers.
- Prepare and manage the annual training calendar.
- Maintain and update training records, including programme and participant lists.
- Assess training effectiveness through examinations or mystery shoppers, and analyse future training needs.
- Provide management with feedback on training results and challenges, and propose programme improvements.
- Develop training materials for onboarding, follow-up, fashion basics and related topics.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of training experience in the apparel or luxury industry.
- Deep knowledge of the luxury fashion business.
- Native-level Japanese and intermediate English.
