Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and embody the Chloé attitude and values.
- Execute sales operations and related tasks within the Chloé boutique.
- Plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
- Train and mentor junior and temporary staff.
- Propose and implement in-store displays and product placements.
- Manage customer data, inventory, and related sales operations.
- Perform associated PC-based tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and sales, regardless of industry.
- Passion for fashion and ability to embody the Chloé brand image.
- Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to understand company policies and demonstrate proactive behavior in task execution.
- High awareness of sales targets and ability to devise and implement strategies to achieve them.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in customer service and sales roles is required.
