Chloé is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, budget alignment, material-waste records and product data support for development teams. The role is full-time and permanent, under the leather and related materials manufacturing collective agreement (CCNL), at Impiegato level, with a salary range of €30,000–€35,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for the Bijoux R&D, Atelier, and Industrialisation LG departments.
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers about orders, invoices, and related documentation to ensure an efficient and timely workflow.
- Align purchase orders with actual expenditure to ensure the Chloé department budget remains within planned allocations.
- Ensure material waste is properly recorded and coordinate with waste-management service providers, promoting sustainable practices.
- Support the development team in the PLM system with the coding of materials and merchandise (MH), maintaining accurate and organized product data.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP and PLM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
