Chloé seeks a Product Development Manager in Paris to oversee finished product coordination and quality control.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee product development coordination in close partnership with Design, Development, and Production teams
  • Coordinate all stages of model refinement including prototyping, fittings, revisions, and final validations
  • Ensure adherence to creative intent, quality standards, and technical specifications of the Maison
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges through collaborative problem-solving with teams and manufacturing partners
  • Monitor feedback, modifications, and approvals throughout the product lifecycle
  • Maintain development timelines and proactively identify potential blockers or risks
  • Serve as primary liaison with manufacturing partners and external vendors within designated scope
  • Participate in fittings, prototype reviews, and development meetings

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in Fashion, Textiles, or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design or product development, preferably within luxury sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in leather and/or jersey materials and their associated production techniques
  • Strong product sensibility and comprehensive understanding of Studio environment and creative processes
  • Fluent professional English

Experience
