Chloé in Paris seeks a Newness Project Assistant (Apprenticeship, Sept 2026) to support product launches and cross‑functional coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Newness/launch calendar: track timelines, deadlines and milestone deliverables across collections.
- Coordinate cross-functional activity between design, product development, sourcing, merchandising and marketing teams to ensure launch readiness.
- Follow up on samples, trims and technical dossiers; maintain accurate status in product trackers and PLM tools.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentation decks and concise recap notes for stakeholders.
- Monitor incoming requests and manage administrative aspects of project workflows (purchase orders, approvals, file archiving).
- Update databases and tracking spreadsheets; ensure data quality and version control for launch documentation.
- Assist with quality control follow-ups and corrective action tracking for newness items.
- Contribute to ad hoc research and benchmarking to support decision-making for product introductions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Fashion Business, Merchandising, Product Development, Supply Chain, Project Management or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and strict timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to prepare clear, professional presentations and reports.
- Rigorous attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy and documentation.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude with the capacity to work across diverse teams and hierarchies.

Experience
Ideal candidates will have prior internship or academic project experience in fashion product development, merchandising or project coordination; typically 0–12 months of relevant practical experience is acceptable for an alternance position.
Education
Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Fashion Business, Merchandising, Product Development, Supply Chain, Project Management or equivalent.
